This special version of our Ape Index Barleywine was aged in Booker's bourbon barrels across three seasons in 2019.While the original beer we put into the barrels was quite hoppy, it has relaxed with age, exhibiting a syrupy body with notes of crusty caraway rye, sticky toffee pudding, a well crafted Old Fashioned, and vanilla & toffee from the wood. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it. 11% ABV
